Ingredients
- 1 lb steak of your choice (used sirloin here)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 cup of mushrooms
- 1 red onion
Marinade
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut steak into 1 inch cubes and marinate for 30-60 minutes. Cut all veggies into similar bite sized pieces.
2. Thread all ingredients on skewers and grill at med-high temperature for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through.
3. Let rest for 5 minutes and dig in!
