We’re Travis and Kayley Hazard, the family behind Hazard Beef near Valparaiso, Nebraska.
Hazard Beef was born from our family’s deep-rooted passion and respect for the livestock industry, and our unwavering belief that knowing where your food comes from—along with supporting local—truly matters. We dedicate ourselves to caring for our cattle, honoring our stewardship of the land, and producing beef we’re proud to share around our own table.
Selling beef directly from our farm allows us to connect with customers who value high-quality, responsibly raised beef and want to support American agriculture.

Every order is:
- Dry aged for approximately 21 days
- Processed at a local USDA-inspected locker
- Vacuum sealed for freshness
- Packaged freezer-ready
